Gestural, oversized copper enamel leaves dangle from a necklace, capturing the joy of releasing what is no longer serving you.
These "leaves" have been pressed with real oak leaves, picking up the leaf texture, before being enameled. The enamel is a powdered glass that is sprinkled on the copper and then fired in a kiln. The copper heats up, the glass melts and coats the metal, and they fuse together. The backside of these are covered in a black enamel.
